Lake Weir
The picture on my home page was taken in 1985 at Lake Weir in Marion County, Florida, USA. This is the location of the Lytle Family home since the 1870's.
The lake itself is approximately 6000 acres located in a rural Florida setting. We like to ski, wakeboard, tube, ride our jet skis, fish and swim. It is a very pristine environment.
My wife, two children and I built a vacation home on our property in 1995. It’s a small place, up on a 20-foot high bluff overlooking the lake. Now this is really Florida! We have lots of wildlife including eagles, osprey, raccoons, wildcats, foxes, owls, and alligators.
The property is planted in mostly Navel Oranges. The Family grove produces approximately 400 boxes per year of the finest Navel oranges in Florida. Stop by my office between Thanksgiving and Christmas and I will treat you to one.
