TRAVELING SESSION

TITLE: Kimono's Unwrapped/ Dressing the Shogun

DESCRIPTION:
Each of these is a half-day explanation of and demonstration of how to wear Japanese costumes, a perfect complement to a production of The Mikado or Madame Butterfly. Each session covers the principal garment pieces and how to wear them with emphasis on the theatrical shortcuts. Each session includes a brief history of Kabuki Theatre and Costumes.

Either is suitable for larger audiences
